It’s an honor for Pelltinel to announce our participation in the first-ever OCS CON, the inaugural event bringing together the main stakeholders in the plastics industry from September 10 to 12, 2024, to fight resin loss and promote a more sustainable future. The event, organized by Operation Clean Sweep®, embodies our mission to protect the environment and keep the plastics value chain on the right path to sustainability.
An Event Aligned with Pelltinel’s Goals
Our presence at OCS CON is not just an opportunity to share our vision but also to highlight our commitment to the OCS program. We firmly believe in technology’s ability to improve industrial processes, and our intelligent system has been developed precisely to detect, monitor, and measure microplastics throughout the value chain. FLOID, MOID, FCID, and the GIS system allow us to identify and reduce plastic pellet leaks with precision and efficiency.
Our collaboration with industry leaders like Repsol and Fieldeas demonstrates our commitment to implementing practical and technological measures that help companies meet the OCS goals. Furthermore, our work with Plastics Europe and other key partners reinforces the idea that this issue must be addressed globally, and OCS CON is the perfect setting to discuss and act.
A Commitment to Operation Clean Sweep®
The Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS) program has reached a milestone by bringing together more than 3,300 companies to commit to its cause. We are proud to be part of this community and to provide intelligent solutions that help fulfill the promise of zero resin loss. Managed by the Plastics Industry Association and the American Chemistry Council (ACC), this initiative has extended its roots to 60 countries and has become a global standard for spill prevention.
Innovation and Sustainability
Pelltinel’s participation in OCS CON reinforces our commitment to being a leader in the fight for sustainability. Our devices, combined with artificial vision technology, monitoring systems, and data analysis, offer a comprehensive solution for preventing pellet spills and recovering materials. We want to share our experience and listen to other leaders to create a future where plastics remain within the circular economy.
A Step Towards the Future
Participating in the OCS CON gives us the opportunity to strengthen our commitment to a cleaner and more sustainable industry. We believe that the synergies generated at this event will help unify efforts and create stronger strategies that will keep plastics out of the environment. It’s an honor for Pelltinel to participate in such an important event, where we will join leaders who share our vision and commitment.
